Calculator Requirements for Statistics - Suggested Tabs for your Stats Notebook

** NS = Nova, PB = PBCC, NW = Northwood, C = copies provided in class when feasible***
Lecture Notes are provided as a courtesy and it is not required that you use them or that they are provided for you.  They are summaries and do not replace the text.  Your instructor will try to provide selected copies in class when feasible.  If you are absent on the day they are handed out, your instructor will leave extra copies in the room after the class, but they may get thrown out by ? in some classrooms.  In that case, you will need to get them from here if you want them.

In any event, all Lecture Notes (used in class or not) are provided here for anybody who wants them.
1) A code such as
NS-PB-NW-C, where the C is present: C = usually given in class, when feasible.
2) Some Lecture Notes coded
NS-PB-NW (without the C) will not be given in class.  The material on those notes may or may not be covered in detail depending on the time available.
3) If there is
no code such as NS-PB-NW, the material is optional and not usually covered in class due to time constraints.
4) If you want copies not provided in class (or you were absent), you will have to print them yourself.
Calculator handouts are useful for owners of TI-83, 86, or 89 (and some other) graphing calculators.
